Thanks for the heads up Pope, I'll bring extra leak precautions for my £15 tent (a bigger roll of duck tape)

Youre welcome ... its going to piss it down all week making the ground as wet a feck. may book a hotel or hostel near the lake if the rain stays heavy over this week ... i am not camping in a watered bog.

Nope, borrowing a really good tent its been through worse then wales lol, i know i'll be fine

It's simple, take your boots off **before** you get in the tent. No mud!

You'd regret staying in the hostel.

you are aware that i can pay a visitor fee of £3 a day and come into the campsite to chill with you lot , i will only use the hostel to sleep in etc etc

the hostel is on the other side of the lake (not exactly a days ride away)
