What Have You Done To Your Bike Today?

I got to ride for a couple hours today. Temp dropped pretty fast after 4pm so that sucked.
Almost time for an oil/ filter change and chain clean/ lube.

Just did an oil change today on my DRZ400. The oil I used was Silkolene Pro 4 SX 15w-50, and threw in an oem filter. Also note this was my first time changing oil, but it was fairly easy and only took 30 minutes. My next project is installing a new stator cover.

Side smacked by a car, had to replace the broken off frame slider. Otherwise all is well not a scratch (on the rider) and managed to keep the bike up, battle scarred though.

Recently put on the battery end of a battery tender, and the ram mount on my car clamp.
Ill put up pics later....

I said hi to them today, started them all yesterday for the first time in a few months. Have lots of parts to install, just need a day where it isn't raining to ride and put em on!

I'm stealing this idea from another forum, because I feel as if it creates nice conversation and the occasional post from time to time.

The concept is simple...do something to your bike today and want to share? Post it here. For example: I changed the oil today / gave the bike a nice wash / I beat my girl up on some back roads. Anything will do. Have a picture? then post that as well!

Doesn't have to be something you did that exact day, could be a few days old.

I will start:

I changed out the spark plugs on my F4i because the bike randomly did not want to start anymore. Now it's running much better.

The plugs looked like this. I believe it's because the previous owner did not take the bike out much, and only let it idle in the garage all the time.

I got mine really dirty in the foothills. I put it up without a bath though. Gotta go to work!

Installed a new luggage rack and tail bag for commuting to work. It was the least I could do since I haven't been able to ride in a few weeks. Hopefully this winter will break soon.

I just installed some CNC Chinese brake and clutch levers. Honestly they seem quite good, and shorter than my stock ones. The only downside is the month it takes to get delivered. And for the price I decided to take the gamble.

Helped my buddy strip his bike to the frame, paint most of it, and put it back together. This project was started yesterday morning and way finished tonight :D!

Put it through its first TüV inspection since I bought it. Passed with not a single glitch. So now I'm legal for 2 years and can stop worrying about why it was so cheap!!

Sanded down my levers, those little ankle protectors, and shift lever then brought them from the chrome to the semi gloss black life. All look great I'll throw up a pic later. Thinking about repairing some scratches on my exhaust from an accident all black as well.

Did a proper fully synthetic oil change, finally hit almost 1200 miles all together.
Did a proper wash and chain clean/ lube.
Cant freaking wait for next week, all 50 ish degree days!!!
