What Have You Done To Your Bike Today?

Tried out my new Ogio Mach 5 no drag backpack and DriRider iRide 2 boots that I got for Xmas. Happy camper.

Rode it to christmas dinner. got about half a block and my front wheel just plain locked, i noticed it slowing down alot faster then normal when i let off the throttle. then when i stopped it was locked.

Lever got bound up somehow. took it apart at the stop sign in traffic and fixed it.got to dinner, left it was really windy when i left so i just went on home

basically remodeling the rear.

new topbox. some red LEDs hooked up to brakes and will move the plate.

should be a few more days.
damn work won t let me pay on with the bike

Replaced the dried out rubber gasket inside the fuel switch under the fuel tank. Suzuki Van Van bike. No more leaks. Happy.

Replaced my clutch cable, the old one gave up just as I was rolling into the parking space at home. A lucky break indeed.

My bike died (((
Carb issues prevent it from firing up.
Any clues how to fix?
Not an expert but I would try giving it a whack with a rubber mallet and that should unstick the float if that's the problem. May have to remove the float bowl, if the previous doesn't work, to give it a clean if it's not functioning properly.
I had a problem where the butterfly stuck open on my old XJ600, it just accelerated by itself down the dual carriageway which was scary! Swift kick to the carbs at the roadside freed them and it never happened again.

Today I managed to snap my indicator in half so taped it up until the replacement comes through.

I am going to ride the hell outa my ninja today, been in the sub 20's here with ice everywhere, today's high is 37.
Tomorrow I will give her a good wash down, clean and lube the chain and give her a good look over. Next week is going back down in temp ;(
Cant wait for spring.

I'd like to know what I did, damn thing just died. Absolutely no electrics, not even the clock. Main fuse blown, swapped it but still nothing. Currently awaiting recovery. Luckily close to home so called recovery, told them to call when they were near, walked home, had some tea and drove back.

Piss take on recovery. Im with one of the biggest insurers in Britain, I'm in a major city, and they said 90 minutes...

I recently dropped mine in a trail and busted the handguards. So today I plan to install some new Zeta XC handguards with the turn signals built in. I won't be installing them till later in the day. It's currently raining and I have to get to class:(

Maybe I'll share a picture when I'm done.

I feel like that's a busted turn signal waiting to happen

Been out to diagnose my bike. Reg/Rec has brown goo oozing out of it, so therein lies the problem. It could be that my heated grips are the issue, but I suspect unlikely as the only thing changed in two years was the reg in October.

My bike was the star of a bike walk around video I just finished and uploaded! And i'm still cleaning bugs off it from last weekends ride - first world problems!
