Hah, I had those same mirrors. Keep an eye on your battery voltage for a few weeks, something about the way mine were hooked up drained the battery on my bike. Made for an interesting 600 mile trip..

Today... I did nothing to my bike.

But over the last 2 months i have been rebuilding from ground up.

Everything taken apart, Frame in process of being sprayed, Engine being rebuilt (mainly due to having found a sprocket welded to output shaft) So rebuilt the driveshaft and now am rebuilding with new gaskets all round and replacing whatever needs doing.

Also painting all of the plastics and everything that was painted or powdercoated originally is either getting colour matched to bike, Going black or silver to match frame.

Everything rusty has been sanded and kurusted and painted yet again.

New chain + Sprocket - Relatively new tyres (someone was in accident after having put a couple hundred miles on the tyres and sold me his wheels)

Brakes rebuilt ... Just a seriously major ground up overhaul.

When it's done i will post the build log from my bikes owners forum here to show you progress.

Yesterday I replaced the footpeg that was twisted when Chessecake94 crashed into my bike last week.

I'm not bitter... I swear.

I ditched the wind blocker OEM Hand Guards for some knock-off bark busters. They were easy to install and look so much better. I'm sure my hands will be grateful after smackin the first tree.

the new xj6 arrived at the yamaha dealer, the street triple R at the triumph and the new er-6n at the kawasaki dealer. still can't choose and they are all next to each other!

Tough choice!!!

Choose which is in your price range. Of course the Triumph is pricier and nicer, and my choice. ;)

This is logic I can get behind.
