I sprayed the back brake with some Mucoff brake cleaner, I'll give it a try tomorrow to see how it worked

Awwwww dang...what a bummer dude. Well...it "had to" happen sooner or later, right? That sucks, I hope you're alright and can fit the bike relatively quickly. You don't need those stinkin' plastics anyway.

I am ok...
minor road rash on my knee.. a little on my side... but my jacket, gloves and helmet took the majority of it. I have helmet cam footage of it I will be uploading later on... hit some fluid on the road (looked like it was just laid down) and slid out... recovered but drifted back into the oil... tried to steer away from the curb coming up and the front end washed out.

bent the front forks, broke the foot peg and you can see the body work... if the frame is not tweeked, it will be rebuilt... just have to save up some money.

thanks for the concern. I am ok... gonna be sore as hell tomorrow but no lasting damage to me.

Today? Well today was a nice day so I went out and had a long ass ride. Then got overtaken by a "pack" of other supermotos, I joined them and now have some pub buddies! xD (my other friends suck)

I pulled all the broken plastic off and checked for more damage. frame looks good so I found a cheapy set of forks on e-bay and ordered them... asking seller if he has the other stuff I need...
