I have a Suzuki Srad for the track and only the track, I go faster on that than I do on my road Fireblade which should kick the srads arse.... However, I would take my road bikes on the track again, just don't see the point as you do hold back

That's my biggest concern, being a massive pansy because I don't want to hurt my baby and effectively learning nothing.

Go in the novice group, ride as fast or slow as you like. It is not a race at all. If you want to hold back, hold back

I was too new to record and edit the videos that regularly. Life got in the way after I started planning my rides.

I guess im a retard because i still havent learnt from falling off.... Track days arnt always about going fast, can learn alot on a track tbf. Id suggest it
