I'm boring to watch...
I suppose I'm one of those infrequent posters. And when I do, it's usually a new video post of mine.
I understand the need to change the rules to encourage more community activity, so I'll give it my best shot eh! 5 half-decent posts a week shouldn't be too difficult right?

You're one of the reasons why I thought of this. I watch your vids, I know you don't have loads of subs etc and you ride a girls bike
But you do get involved with this site, why should someone who doesn't interact help push your videos right down?

Yea you can. It takes 5 minutes to register the posts and date the promotions, then the cron job kicks in and you get the power

I'll post up my findings at the end of the month but the featured video has greatly boosted the views for what was one of my least popular videos.
Any thoughts Dan on avoiding having the same person winning 2 months in a row? I'll be very busy with work in December anyway so zero danger of me making it 3 months in a row if that's a concern

Not going to get into the voiding people just because they're top poster.
if people want to to 'win' then they have to post.
If I see thread bumping just for the sake of it then I'll look at that if/when it happens.
As you say, you've seen some boosts so I think the 'reward is worth it
