I would much rather make the rest of my payment on the day at the track. Doing otherwise would be counter-intuitive to making me want to go as I have already made partial payment with the idea that the rest is payable on the day, plus I don't have any cash until the weekend which is on pay week
I'm sure something can be dodgied among us to get cameras onto the track either ways. As the law states no one is privy to privacy in a private place.
Unless they are on private property
and engaged in an activity that would otherwise be considered be engaging in an act where one would expect a level of privacy.
Unless people are having sex on the track I think we could skirt this one successfully if we didn't advertise it.
Just a bit of trickery on our part, like when all hitting the line at the start, we slip the cameras onto the helmet mounts and then slamming the accelerator
The Statutes (which are not legally enforceable law anyway);
filming for indecent purposes;[148]
making an image of a child engaged in a private act for prurient purposes;[149]
making indecent visual images of a child under the age of 16;[150]
committing indecent or offensive acts in a public place;[151]
child pornography offences;[152] and
using a telecommunications network or carriage service to facilitate certain offences.[153]
This is also dependant on us being on public property whist recording but we don't need to tell them that and we will definitely not be in breach of any of the statutes that constitute a crime against the the law, unless they have changed the signage from when I was last there.
If anyone kicks up a stink just let me deal with them and I will knock their socks off with legal jargon and get my pimp slap on.
