OK - here's the Days Inn room rate info:

Rate for Double-occupancy (2 full-size beds) was quoted to me @ $60.75 per night. When calling to make your reservation, if you are given a different rate, please ask for "BD". Tell him that you are with the MotoVlog group. He is pretty hard to understand on the phone, so don't be in a hurry or in a noisy place when you call. If you can get them to confirm your reservation via email - I would do that.

Matt - I think it would be a good idea to post this rate info in your opening post as well.

Fairly certain his name is spelled Videy. Nonetheless, his accent is thick but he's understanding. I have a hard time on the phone talking to anyone with no accent and last year I must have had him repeat himself 2-3x and he was very polite. One of the many reasons I actually like staying at the Days In.

So is it official then that we are staying at the Days Inn again this year??

We are both adults and know how to play nicely in a sandbox. If I recall from the last time you and I shared, you like to shower at the opposite time as I did so I think it would work very well. Paying cash is fine for us and I'll even pay a little over half since there will be two of us.

Keukaryder has been in touch with me about going down together. He would be coming from New York area and hasn't committed yet.
