Alright ladies and gentlemen - It's officially official.
The 2014 Meetup is happening May 16-19 in Clarksville, Arkansas.
The plan: arrive Friday, ride all day Saturday and Sunday, then head home Monday. We are returning to our usual haunt: The Day's Inn in Clarksville, home of the Ramen Noodle Pool.

For those that are new or don't know what to expect, you will find that you'll have a hell of a time. We will ride. We will eat. We will tell tall tales. We will drink. Then we will ride again.

If you are not an experienced rider, do NOT be intimidated or discouraged. We will split groups according to comfort/skill level - Fast people can ride fast and those of us who are more sedate will take it more scenic-like. We have had a great safety record over the past several years and intend to keep it that way. We will also have dedicated sweep riders to make sure no one gets lost or left behind.
While this thread will serve as the official depository of information on the meetup I also suggest you JOIN THIS FACEBOOK GROUP to keep abreast of any miscellaneous information.
Trinith will head up route selection and will post details as they are available.
Someone needs to call the hotel and broker a rate for the group - any volunteers?

OK - here's the Days Inn room rate info:
Rate for Double-occupancy (2 full-size beds) was quoted to me @ $60.75 per night. When calling to make your reservation, if you are given a different rate, please ask for "BD". Tell him that you are with the MotoVlog group. He is pretty hard to understand on the phone, so don't be in a hurry or in a noisy place when you call. If you can get them to confirm your reservation via email - I would do that.
