What Have You Done To Your Bike Today?

Took it for a blast, bike made it on to the Route 59 cafe Facebook page. On the way back had a bit of fun and for the first time ever, stepped out the back end of a bike

Picked out my vinyl for my cafe project...matte army green for the tank and side panels. I wrap vehicles all day and it took me 3 months to realize that a roll of this 3M 1080 was leftover from a job before I started working there...owner gave it to me for free. Now to get the dents out of the tank, sand and wrap it!

The tank being done in one piece is very complex because of all the curves, actually a work of art. I have a guy I work with that just blows me away with his understanding of how vinyl works (I'm pretty good but this guy is amazing). I'm trying to talk him into letting me video him doing it and then I'll do another tank in 2-3 pieces to show how us regular guys can accomplish the same thing without thousands of hours of learning
I'm also thinking of wrapping my rims in black reflective. Reflective sucks to work with because of how it's made and you can't put too much heat to it without destroying its reflective properties. The reflective rim tape is kinda cool but two entire rims at night would illuminate the Western Hemisphere! (And it looks like a dark gun metal gray in normal lighting which is pretty cool)

That's terrifying! Nylock are okay for like 2 uses, but after that, add lock washers for a little more peace of mind.

iv taken off rubbed down and resprayed my grab rail also cleaned my bike

Just had some taken off mine, didn't feel great with em on. Got PR4s now, happy to throw it about.
