What Camera?

OK so I've posted in the buying section for a camera.

But, i wanted to get some opinions and choices people have gone for as i haven't used a camera for a motorbike in a long while.

For arguments sake, the budget would be £100 and can include second hand.

The camera must be:
- At least 720p 30fps
- External Mic compatible/ come with external mic
- Mounts for helmet
- Water proof casing (optional)

Any of you fabulous lot got an ideas or a reason why you bought yours?

Matt

Your best bet might be a used Drift Ghost HD. It can be bought used for your price range and allow some room for additional supplies.

Or if you're wanting new, there is the TCL SVC200.

Has all the features you're looking for and currently on offer for around £80 at Joovuu.....

Techmoan gave it a good review, too.

I think it's on my list of "stuff to buy when I have some spare cash".....

I've guilt tripped the misses into it :D i bought her a DSLR thing for her horse riding so im making her return the favor :D im glad other people are interested in this too :)

All my CarVlogs, CarReviews and the earlier cars and coffee videos have been filmed with sony action cams. I swear by them (save for the shoddy button design on the first revision AS100's, I had to get that fixed under warranty and did "destroy" my handy-cam attachment, which moved me to a mirror-less entry level DSLR I borrowed for the last couple of C&C videos. I want to buy one of my own in a few months.

Camera equipment and editing software sets one back thousands... But the hobby gives that back tenfold in the form of connecting with new folk all over the world.
