SOUTHERN RIDERS

How is everyone?

As we may know this meet is going to be f***ing awesome! Footle83, Mikesmotorbike and myself will be traveling 6 hours up to join in! Im posting this to say if anyone wants to ride up with us i have some unconfirmed times but im sure they will probably work okay!

THE PLAN

- Meet at Guildford Train Station for around 10am

http://goo.gl/maps/T81FF

- We will then take this route to Wales, as you can see is is 'L' plate friendly with no Motorways

http://goo.gl/maps/TJcA

HOPE THIS IS ALL OKAY?

If you are situated along the route that we are taking or anywhere near it, even just want to meet us at Guildford train station, let me know and we will all plan it together :)

Again, this is all unconfirmed, it is currently 4:53, i have just woke up and cant get back to sleep so decided to tie up loose ends!

Not sure if ill be able to make this as I should be working on the saturday but I will try to rearrange my shifts or might quit my job not sure yet

Southern route looks good LDB, Goes right near me too so I could either meet you at the Petrol station/Mcdonalds in Benson or a few miles further along at the H Cafe in Berinsfield (It's a biker Cafe :D)

Meet up with ^^ crew in guildford?

unfortunatally for miss, that's a long way from Somerset :/

I was down in Lymington/Hordle area for the Jurassic Coast ride out weekend before last, if you go up through Bristol to Shrewsbury (where I live!) and cut across it's about 5 hours total I believe. For that route, you just get on the M5 Northbound til you get to Birmingham, then M54, from there you go Shrewsbury-->Oswestry-->Onto the A5 then follow that nearly all the way to the campsite. It's actually a fairly straight forward route. Alternatively, go M3--->M40 Northbound--->M6--->M54 then what I said above bout shrewsbury/oswestry... adds an hour total to your journey but you get an exit straight to Guildford if you wanted to meet up with LDB etc., and if not you just keep on going doing fairly easy/traffic free motorway miles. Sounds nuts going across the otherside of the country to come back on yourself, but the M40 is quite a good bit of road for covering large distances. I know this because my bro used to live in Bristol and my ex used to live in Guildford... what a slut HA.

If you look at the route i posted above on the Southern riders section and see somewhere we can both meet halfway, let me know we can arrange it, NO biker should be left to ride alone :)
