I like the GoPro 5 built in stabilisation for on bike footage, but you need to mount it on as strong a mount as possible else it gets out of synch with itself.

I never stabilize my video, because it's not neccesary. The wide FOV will supress the wobblyness.
I used Sony's Steadyshot in my first video, but that looked like shit so I now only ride without stabilisation.

Youtube stabilisation is utter garbage. It just warps the footage. 10/10 avoid.

The best way to prevent shakey footage is usually your mount. Theres numerous ways to damping it. But if that doesn't help might be worth researching some post editing techniques.
