If I didn't have someone coming with me I would hit the trails with you. Maybe next year.
 
I've devised a plan to make it to the Ozarks.

Wilks is currently in town. I am thinking about sneaking up to his truck and latching myself onto the bottom of it which will give me a ride to his place...and at nights I will camp in the woods nearby. Then I will just latch myself to the bottom of his truck and hitch a ride to the Ozarks when he drives there and I'll "surprise" everyone with my sudden and unexpected appearance. :D Or maybe I could take my dad's Harley touring bike and do an iron butt to make it to the Ozarks in one day so I don't have to spend money on hotel or extra days of food. :D Tadahh!!

Hitch the ride with Wilks - you'll enjoy the Ozark roads a lot more on the Striple. ;) Would like to see you make it regardless.

Might want to contact Delta Airlines and see what their security is like. I flew up this time. It was cheaper than driving, if you can imagine that.

LOL! Sneaking onto the bottom of a plane is a lot harder...

Flying cheaper than driving for the trip up here? That is really interesting actually.

I just got off the phone. I think I have a reservation! Did anyone else get Consuela from Famly Guy when they called? I swear giving her my address, phone number and credit card info went just like this.

When I made mine - I asked for an email confirmation. I'd call back and ask for same, and bring it to check-in. :)
 
I literally just started Moto Vlogs this week am I invited or is it for those that have been doing it awhile? Also any of you locals going to the Cars, Bikes, and BBQ in Bentonville May 11th?

If you're new to vlogging you have to lube our chains each morning and make sure our camera batteries are charged and our lenses are clean. :lol:

LOL - this is EXACTLY like a helpdesk call I made a couple months back - my username is six characters long and I ended up hanging up the phone trying to spell it out to her after about 3 minutes :S

Doh! Does anyone ever bring a spouse for 2 up riding or would I be the only dummy doing that? I guess it would be a good excuse to leave the wife home, "Sorry they said no 2 up riding allowed".
 
Nobody has brought a spouse yet, but they are certainly welcome. The route is a quick pace, but nothing scary or dangerous. There is plenty of good scenery so if your spouse likes to ride pillion and look at pretty stuff, then there will be opportunities abound!

Also, and not trying to suggest anything here, but none of the rest of us will be getting any on our vacations... sounds like yours would be much nicer! (too far? sorry)

808yewtube rode pillon with Busasoreass Rex both Meet 1 & 2. He held a mean pace too, but he's also a very good rider. (Yeah see what I did there!) ;)

I wish i had seen this sooner. I'm tempted though, I really don't have anything going on for a couple weeks till I start working again and my summer class starts. But man 8 1/2 hours from iowa down there on a zx10r might do me in since I'd pretty much have to do it all in a day, couldn't really afford to pay for any motels along the way.

Will think about it for a bit!
