I’ll most likely keep as is, if no major complaints.

However I will see if there is a way I can get it to show true location like you can with whatsapp for those who wanna meet etc but only send via private message.

YIKES! I know there was an edit button previously but this morning - I cannot find it!

Goodness knows I need to edit frequently as sometimes I misspell and forget words. Long story but it has been like that since 2003.

The black font on gray box when editing tags is a bit difficult to read. I am on my Alienware M17x when I found this.

Yes, but it was gone almost as soon as I posted? Of course I was posting from my replacement Android phone and perhaps the upload was slow, but when I looked at the post it was MIA?

I really need to get in the habit of using the preview. Thank goodness I do not write for living!

Hey, I switched to Desktop View in Chrome and the image fit my screen. Maybe a possible workaround...

Top posters will be coming back but we will most likely be running the monthly video comp as “most likes” as well.

Idea - every month there will be two winners

Video one, it will be the person who’s got the post likes in a month, doesn’t matter if they’ve only just joined but made a thread that everyone simply likes or a mental poster who gets one like per post but whoever leads, wins.

The other winner will be the top poster of that month, anyone can ‘win’ member or moderator.

Both videos will be on the sidebar once I’ve fixed it with the new design, they’ll auto swap at random etc (not auto play) - mods should be able to edit that section not wait for me etc

I’m happy for ideas on this as well. I simply pay the hosting bills but it’s a community, not just ‘my site’ so happy for even me to pitched and over-ridden ifyou have an idea that people like blah

That sounds great, hopefully encourage folk to come and take part and get involved in the community although with me moderating I will have an unfair advantage over others so am happy to not be included in the featured videos (not knocking free promotion of my vids, just want folk to have a fair chance at getting their content featured

I think we will go by a rule that if someone who has won, hasn’t uploaded a video to the site, within the winning month it will be passed to the next person.

Hopefully win win - you need five posts a week to be able to add a video
