Never said they couldn't come, i just said i didn't want to wait around. If there are plans in place to let them come and not annoy the rest of us i'm fine with that, as many others have said it's unlikely they will actually come. 125s will be fine, we'll all enjoy ourselves.
 
Ok guys I've obviously pulled a bad chord amongst all of you.

I'll explain to them that due to their poor top speeds nobody wants them with us, but obviously I'll be a little more gentle and make them understand.

Sorry to cause a problem but I've taken all comments into account and will agree it's best they don't come. I'd wish for no more comments on this from now on, the decision has been made and don't want a bad vibe with anyone.

Thanks for all your view so lets concentrate on the fun that awaits us in 4 months!

I'd be more than happy to meet-up with them along with a few others, in there neck of the woods another time.

As with Chessecake, i'd be more than happy to meet up with them another time, would be quite funny, i just think it would be impractical in such a large group :)
 
Ok then I'd agree with that. The meet has minimum of 125 onwards.

I'll try to convince them to start vlogging so we have more of a reason to meet lol

I am. Organising something like this with so many people and opinions is bound to have to odd speed bump whilst we sort out what's happening.
 
I'm actually really looking forward to meeting everyone I haven't yet and seeing everyone i already know again.

Not to mention its a great excuse for a ride!

But surely everyone has the same thoughts and opinions... surely no one will disagree on anything! thats just un-heard of!

But anywho... decided im not gonna bother with any sorta of planning or planning help on this one lol, will be nice to just tag along!
 
Can i be added to the maybe list? I will come along if i can get some stuff sorted and a bigger bike by then. Also i will be bringing a frying pan in case we have some silly arguments like we had on here! :)
 
Evening chaps, can you put me down as a potential please for the 7th and 8th?

Due to wanting to fit other plans into my two weeks off in April, I'll be coming up from south Devon to meet on the 7th to then ride to the first overnight stop with you all which I believe is in Northwich (?). I'll then enjoy her Majesty's finest motorways all the way down to Kent on the 8th. It's all a bit northern and my backside will resemble a baboon's arse by the end of my holiday but I'm properly keen to do some travelling :lol:

Like I say, at the moment, it's all in the planning stage. Absolutely interested in attending as it'll be great to put names to faces and it'll give me a chance to test the luggage setup on the SV.

Can I also confirm that the first meetup point is at CMC on the 7th? What time as well? On t'other thread, I'm sure I saw the 6th as the first date?

I'm quite happy to split costs of the room at Northwich providing said partner is willing to put up with someone who talks in their sleep and snores.

Thought id give this topic a bump.

I should be coming to this, but just encase, i do also have another trip in April which does take priority over this one so if money is a bit tight then i might not be coming, but all things being equal i will be coming!

Am majorly looking forward to this meet now...
 
I really doubt this is going to be an expensive trip. As long as you book the Travelodge now! :P
 
I'm booking the dates off work for this meet in the morning are we all sure that the 6th - 9th is set in stone? Still haven't booked the hotel yet either haha
 
The first meet is on the 7th I believe at CMC at midday with a day of riding, finally stopping in Northwich that night.

The reason I said the 6th because I'll be leaving for Tamworth to my gf's house and staying the night there so I a few more miles closer on the morning ride to CMC.

You guys have no idea how excited I am for this meet!

Btw AZZ3R you need to get in touch when you have some money spare so we can book a room, anyone else need a to bunk with someone, we could save abit of money of we get like a family room kinda thing.

I thought black books were to note the bad things people did? Could it not be a friendlier colour like baby blue?

I now have most things sorted for my holiday so I will be looking to book the room at Northwich at some point soon. Any of you who still need to arrange it, let me know and we'll sort something out.

Another question I wanted to ask was how of you have intercoms such as the Scala G4s/Q2s etc?

The little black book is the TSFMV book. i suppose i could of got it in baby blue but it would look strange...

Myself and Friz020 have G4's
