I've used a few different models and they all recorded right up until they died.Does the GoPro save the video if the battery is about to die and you're in the middle of recording?
Figured I'd resurrect this thread instead of starting another one with the same questions. I thought the GoPro hero4 silver didn't work with external mics? What do you do to keep it waterproof? I'm not adverse to riding in the rain, mostly because of how short the riding season is up here, so I want to be able to record in the rain. I was thinking of using my phone to record voice and link it with the video later.
Also, what editing software do people use?
What are the specs on that?I use the TomTom Bandit action camera, discontinued now so you can get them fairly cheap, I got 2 for £30 and £50. There waterproof with mic connection at back but you do need the mic lead. They also have about 3 hours battery life.
What are the specs on that?
1080/60 is cool, does it have stabilisation?
If I understand correctly in slow motion mode video is recorded at x2, x4, or x8 of the normal frame rate but saved at normal frame rate (30 fps) for playback which results in a slow motion video. You can find out all you need on line.Do you know what bitrate the 1080/60 is recording at?
