Any recommendations? I want something cheap but better then the junk I use now. I also don't want a powered mic.Don't bother with a bi-directional mic for your helmet, it will just make getting the right angle so much harder.
Yeah, I hear 'ya ~_~ . What kind of helmet do you have again???
I use the Drift Mic, but I also find that almost all the mics are equally as good.
Currently I use the super cheap Neewer Mic and hate it. Since it is inconsistent. I found 2 on amazon that are about the same price just not sure which to get. Anyone use these and how do they sound (also tell where its mounted in helmet please).

Hmmmm, thanks for letting me know. I wonder if I need to leave the skirt off. I will try that and see if it works. I just got a windsock from heartland honda recently, and I have drilled out a hole on one of the waterproof case because of the wind factor. I will post a video of my current setup soon.@renegadebiker24 had an issue like that... no matter where he put his mic, he got wind noise until he put the skirt on the bottom that he left off. Worked for him, I guess

I direct record straight to the drfit and gopro so a powered mic would be good but too much work.
I watched his older video and that was his setup at the time.
Also I just ordered the drift mic so lets hope that makes things better.
I thought that's how you fixed itHmmmm, thanks for letting me know. I wonder if I need to leave the skirt off. I will try that and see if it works.
