What Have You Done To Your Bike Today?

I didn't do anything to my bike today except move it, forgetting to dry the seat 1st leaving me with a moist rump. Most annoying.

I sat at home working out how i'm going to repay mum the rather large bill from the garage to have mine fixed! i'm gonna be skint till july! :(

CB what was the bill on the bike & what did you get done if you don't mind me asking?

Bill will be c£600 for new starter clutch, new fuel tap and pipes and full service.

More than i was expecting but it would cost me a lot more if i tried to do it :P i.e. i'd ruin the bike!

I attacked the chain with a toothbrush and chain cleaner, washed it all off, then re-applied the lube. Boy it looks 10x better for it. That's what I did today.

Not quite today, im still in bed...
Put my poor little KTM through this on sunday....

I meant to change out my horn today as it never works when I want to use it... but I forgot! This weekend... maybe!

Today I've just spent a while adjusting the suspension and tyre pressures to make sure the suspension was set up as standard and the tyre pressures to the manufacturers recommendation (and that of the street triple forum owners recommendation) rather than that specified in the bike manual (which apparently is best for people with a bit more weight than me).

Took off fairings, seat, and gas tank-- and then opened the top of the carb, removed needle jet, and adjusted clip setting. Doesn't run quite so rich anymore. Still needs smaller pilot jet.
