have you had any problems with the camchaintensioner? mine is starting to go and sadly my babt only has 33K kms on the ODO,

oh and another question, what did you pay for those spark plugs? i hear they are pretty expensive...

Good ones are pretty pricy, but you only need 4 and they last a very long time.

Went for Dunlop Sportmax Qualifier 2. any thoughts on that guys?

Shoulda went with Pilot Road 3s. All the traction you'll ever need on the street and they last so long it's scary.

well i have to say that these dunlops are mighty fine, very grippy, just curious how long they'll last ^^ paid 300€ for both with mounting & balancing.
i'm picking up some parts next friday, including the CCT, new airfilter, oil filter, battery, and a new camera mount. it's kinda crazy but i'm gonna pay 175€ for that battery, it's a gel one, but i almost ride on a daily basis (so lucky)... so it should last me longtime ^^.

'bout those spark plugs, i'm not gonna change them now as it came to my knowledge that they've been replaced at the 24K km maintenance and that's how long they should last, so now only has 35K km, so i'm good for another 13K km.
for the irridium plugs it's gonna cost me 35€ a piece, but hey if they last 24K km, i don't mind the price.

for the CCT, imma do a vid on that replacement so if anyone is interested, i'll try to explain everything as clearly as possible, maybe get some high quality pics of the whole process. it's apparently a known problem but i think lubing the hole (that's what she said) on the back before installing it will increase it's lifetime quite a lot. anyhow, that's all gonna be done somewhere in the few next weeks, so stay tuned, perhaps sub to my channel ;-)

After seven years, I finally changed the helmet. I bought Shoei GT-Air. Better not tell the family how much it did cost But it was worth every coin spent. But I have to decide - disfigure that beauty with velcro strip for camera or not? I think I'll wait until the helmet settles a bit and then do it.

Fitted a new speedo cable and bar-ends. Tightened and lubed the chain, topped up the oil a little, warmed her up and took her for a spin.

Front tire slid out round a corner, I turned back, put her away and haven't looked at her since.

Replaced the Battery a few months back and I still need to replace the windscreen as it got scuffed bad when my cover blew loose one night.

and repainting rear fairings!?!?!

That's on the checklist for next winter along with fixing a couple of small cracks in them.
