2006 Suzuki GSXR600. I chose it because it was the most comfortable of all and I could't beat the price... $3,500 for around 17,000 miles. Sure, it still needs a little work but well worth it!
kawasaki z800, just because my dick was fallen in love.
Enthusiasm is everythingChose mine because it is super fast and corners like a beast. Looks fantastic on track days too.
Piaggio Fly 125
I kind of have a bike addiction, but let's just say I have a bike for pretty much every situation. The only kind I don't have is something in the super-moto style. What I ride the most miles wise is the Road King since I do quite a few long trips a year. For day to day commuting, I ride the '14 VRod or the 03 VRod.
I bought my Fazer because I always wanted one, even from before I started riding. When it came to buying a bike there was nothing else I wanted, and my Fazer just happened to be available at a bike shop up the road! Since then, she's reached 40,000 miles (less than 10,000 when I bought her), so I decided to buy my VFR800 to even out the miles. Even so, she's been super reliable, and I've never had to pay anything out in repairs apart from wear and tear.
To be honest, apart from evening out the miles between my bikes, I didn't really need the VFR. I just kind of wanted one. It's great for hooning around the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District, and the extra torque over my Fazer is brilliant for overtakes. Costs me a fortune for fuel on my city commute though!
Next? Honda Crosstourer![]()
KTM Duke 200. I had no previous riding experience (just went straight through with my test without owning a 125 first) and so insurance was really expensive for me. This was cheap on insurance while still capable of doing the speeds I needed it to.
KTM 280 XCF, rode dirt bikes growing up, wanted a 250F found a 280, even better...great power, awesome off road machine
12 Yamaha Super Tenere 1200cc got it cause its big and can haul my fat ass around with ease
i own an 1981 Kawasaki kz 550 ltd i got it because it was in my price range and it has a whole lot of old school style that i liked. i worked on it for about a year and a half before i got it on the road but im the one who did most of the work on her.
This is a strange but not unlikable machine, we don't have that model over here, but I can see why you like it. Reminds me of a Victory, do you think that Victory owners where their target market?
Are you going to post up clips of your trip to Sturgis? I would very much like to experience some of that ride. How far is it, and what kind of roads are you riding on?View attachment 906
A bit of off road heaven, what is the 280 a big bore kit?
Ohhh the '04 636, bloody lovely machine, I've owned three 6r's, all Green... great for 60,000 miles, I just loved them all... stirring the gearbox through the twisties, cant beat them.

I ran out of garage space once in my life too. V rod, that's some beast isn't it?![]()
Picked up my second bike this week.
It's a GSX-R 1000 (K7) with a few minor mods, mostly cosmetic. Loving it so far... VERY different to my Multistrada!! Taking it on a trackday in August
The Racefit exhaust is insane!
Lucky guy!... my dream someday is the 750 or 1000, but my wife would never go for itPicked up my second bike this week.
