What Bike do you ride?

Currently I ride a 2008 Ninja 250R. It was my first bike, and has been a great learning tool, and I couldn't beat the price. Looking to move to something a little bigger soon just to try to experience how a larger cc bike rides, but I will always love my little Ninjette. Have to try to find a pic of her on my work computer.

2011 Ducati Diavel Carbon Red
2007 Ducati 1098

I started riding at four on a 50cc Indian, first road bike was a 1975 Honda CB750 Four. After that I rode my father's 88 883 Sporster and 85 Superglide. Over the years I've ridden a Valkyrie, Rocket III, and a bunch of other bikes, either test ridden or stuff my father picked up. My first sportbike was the SV1000. That's when I started wearing a helmet. The first bike I purchased in college was a 2003 Triumph Speed Triple. Taught my wife on dad's SV1000 and she ended up getting a 2005 Triumph Sprint ST (later totaled at low speed on black gravel in the middle of the night).

My wife decided to surprise me with a dream bike, the 1098, and I've been hooked on Ducati since. The fit and finish on Ducatis tends to be pretty great, the brakes are fantastic from day one, exhaust note sounds wicked, and the handling is so precise there's very little I feel the need to upgrade. Picked up the Diavel in 2011 when my wife was looking at the 848 Evo. She decided to wait (in law school at the time) and told me to buy the Diavel after I test rode it and loved it. We'll probably be selling the 1098 now that we've got a baby on the way, but I won't be letting it go cheap, if it sells at all. It's just so ridiculously easy to work on and rips through canyons beautifully.

Anyway, this should express how I feel about riding. (jump to 9m5s or 11m25s for the fun parts)

With that Fuel Exhaust end-can it sounds heavenly. Handles nicely, pops and backfires when you slow down and has good low-mid torque, it will happily blast up to NSL+ quicker than you can blink.
My old man took this out for a ride and he was amazed at how nice of a bike it is - and he's owned bikes since he was about 14 years old - He even said it's nicer than his Multistrada.

I'm on the fence about what I want to do to it though - I could make it the bike I want it to be: Riser bars, no fairing, prog springs in the forks, upgrade the brakes and then ride it until it dies OR keep it as it is and sell it in it's current mostly-stock-condition and buy something else.

The riding position is tiring, and my SO doesn't like the pillion seat very much, she wants something more comfortable.
But I do love the V-twin goodness...

I have a 2005 twin pipe KTM 640 Supermoto. I got it because my bro convinced me to get it when I was actually looking for something a little more suited to my needs.. However, I DO NOT regret it. It's my 3rd or 4th moto now and it becomes an addiction as they are just the most fun on 2 wheels ;)

, abd the KTM can do everything I want it to without any fuss, I just need to find more time to keep up the maintenance lol :D....

I think I already posted but I can't remember.

I ride a 2009 Yamaha YZF R125,
Termi system, MJS Headders and Decat link pipes
PCV with custom map
Galfer wave discs
HEL steel braided Brakelines
Holly steel braided fuel line
Scottoiler Vsystem
Comfy seat
Orange HIDs
K&N cotton Airfilter
Ohlins front and rear suspension.
And a teenie tiny number plate with a smoto tail tidy.
She is a great bike and I always puts a smile on my face, handles like a dream and does not give less than a 100%! For a 4t 125 she is awesome, even better in the sun with the sticky tires! Great starter bike!

Still expensive because I declared everything I have done to the bike. Oh I forgot the Alarm and GPS tracker.
Partner hates it there but she has no say in where Termi sleeps for the night. She keeps her handbag inside so my bike stays inside!
Might take her upstairs for a shower! Haha

I absolutely love my triumph rocket 3.... With all the modifications it's running at over 170hp and pulls power wheelies like a dirt bike. Not bad for just a cruiser ;)

I ride 2002 Aprilia RSV mille, with some mods done :) Love any joy of my free time :) Will post some new pictures, when I have time :) You can also find us online... just search BurnWheels ;)

I don't know if this is right topic to write this but I must because of exitment. Today I tested for the first time supersport motorcycle Ninja 636 2014.

Man what an experience. It is so much easier to drive then Suzuki Gladius. First I was scared to even try it because of all the people that say " on supersport you just touch throttle and you are flying" but it is not even remotely so. How is in curves I have no idea I am not experienced rider but up to 120km/h it is breeze to ride:)

Easier? how the gladius is a learner friendly bike, relaxed seating position, light good turning circle. where is a 636 is heavy on the wrists bad turning circle and heavier than a gladius
