Hi @humes,

Welcome to MotoVlog.com.
Where are you from? What do you ride? Say hello, what do you like? Why are you here?

Got a photo of your bike?

Hey everyone! I moved to Denver, CO last August and bought a 2012 Ducati Monster 696 last September after taking the MSF course. I rode the bike through the winter mostly as a commuter, and now I'm exploring more technical riding in the Rocky mountains.

I bought good quality gear, set up a GoPro on my helmet, and have a second GoPro on my handlebars (facing me). I launched a YouTube channel just the other week and am posting more regularly to Instagram. My current focus is on the exploration of Colorado, through the eyes of a motorcycle.

Attached a pic of my bike. Customizations include Akrapovic slip-on exhausts, 14t front sprocket (from 15t OEM), tail tidy, splash guard, bar end mirrors, some black painting (handlebars, clutch cover, etc.), yellow/gold accents (brake/clutch levers, reservoir caps, etc.), removed most decals, and added the front "bikini" fairing (some models have it by default, mine did not).

Looking to meet fellow motovloggers and invest + give back to the motorcycling community.

Excellent bike! I also want a ducati monster! Hoping to see some nice rides in Colorado or maybe end up riding there myself sometime! Welcome!

You get to ride in CO, my favorite state in the entire US to ride in.

I'd like to say I hate you but it's actually just massive incredible jealousy, LOL! Welcome to the community!

Appreciate it guys ... aesthetics was definitely important when picking the Akrapovic cans (Termignoni is the oft-touted option for Ducati's, generally) and for sure the wheel decals were worthwhile (found a guy on Etsy for them).

Colorado has a ton of landscape to explore; definitely hope I can make the state proud and produce some solid Motovlogs. Apreciate any of you guys who end up watching, critiquing, and maybe eventually meeting up (I have a 2nd Cardo comm I'd love to lend to fellow riders and motovlog with!).

In my opinion the entire west half of Colorado is some of the best motorcycling in the entire USA. Most certainly top five states for riding to me. I wish it was closer to PA!
