Some of you will be aware of a revent motovlog interview with Kevin Williams of Survival Skills motorcycle training. Kevin has made an eBook free this Christmas about the causes of crashing. It's aimed at UK riders, but the logic can be applied elsewhere and mirrored for those that ride on the right.

Gonna take a ride of this later! :)

Awesome, thanks for the info. I will have to read it. Thanks for sharing.

It's a great book, and it's all common sense - as all riding tuition is - but it's down to how the information is presented to you and the point of view that can make all the difference.

Yes sir, I am reading it as we speak. thanks for sharing it with us. I love it.

Does it suitably make sense for non-UK riders? Obviously for those that drive on the wrong side of the road ;) you'll need to swap the directions and sides when it refers to position specific stuff, such as which side of your lane in a bend etc., but I think a lot of it is common sense application.

Yes very much so, coming form a guy who has lived & driven in both UK & Aus (only ridden in Aus) what's said in this book is 90% directly transferable to Australia, apart form Chevrons on Corners I haven't seen any of those over here and a few other things, we do things very similar, there are Signs warning of corners (not quite as good as in UK) also we have signs recommending speeds for tricky corners on fast roads, so a 100Km/h road may have a yellow sign saying 75km/h and sometimes a picture of what type of bend it is which is the recommended speed for that corner.

I can't comment for people who drive on the wrong side of the road though only driven on the left.

It was a good read & I'm happy that it was recently replied to so I could read it!
