Yup, otherwise CMC anywhere between 10:30 and 11:30. We'll be leaving as close to 11:30 as possible.

That's a whole hour for people to show up in ;)

Gives people plenty of time to look around the shop and get some breakfast.
 
OK then here's the plan for Friday as I understand it.

I am meeting Liz at McDonalds in Milton keynes at 1300 then we're heading to Kettering Odeon to meet Mr Mole and his merry men at 1400.

Any changes to that?

Ssttyymii (however it's spelt) and I will be meeting you guys at MK too :D other than that, doesn't seem like any change :P

Myself and Bikermole are meeting at Lakeside services at 11:30 and aim to be in Kettering for 14:00 :)

Yep that is correct, but we will also be meeting up with Mike and Sstimmyy At McDonalds at 1pm (i generally park in the BurgerKing car park next to it though, as its always deserted), then off to Kettering (leaving MK 1:15pm ish) to meet the Mole and Blackoutz :) All should be good.

Rang up to book the table. Said they weren't taking bookings because of how busy it's been recently.

Told me to try tomorrow or just show up.

I'll try ringing again tomorrow, but there are a number of other places around that area we can go if Pizza Hut is too busy. There's a Frankie And Bennies up the road, as well as all the big fast food places - so we'll see what's happening if we can't get pizza.

Still meet at 7 in the linked car park and we'll take it from there.

Ah, fair enough. Well like you said, we can all meet up at 7pm like arranged, and decide where to go from there :)
I'm not fussed where we go, as long as there is food i am happy :D
 
Please remember to bring some cash if you're coming tonight so that we can split the bill :)

If you're wanting to get some food at CMC tomorrow morning, you'll also need cash as they don't take card.

We'll be leaving as close to 11:30 as possible tomorrow morning!

Stay safe everyone! I'm leaving in 10 minutes to go and meet Danny.

By the way, for today at least, don't tag me in any facebook pictures, or check-ins. I've only got the day off today by calling in sick. So I don't want ny boss finding out I'm travelling. He knows I'm coming, but I told him I was leaving at 5am tomorrow to cone up :P
 
Couldn't make it today, some rubbish came up in the morning, was hoping to set out a little later and meet you when you went past the cat and fiddle but had to miss that as well :/

Looking forward to some rides next year though.
 
Just got home. 120 miles with 70 freezing cold miles on the M1 and I now feel like an iceberg. I keep saying to myself, under my breath, "I'm so cold, I'm so cold" :D

Anyway, sod that.

What a great few days. It was good to meet all the new faces and it was just as good to see a couple of people I met on the "London" meet once again.

Thanks for organising this Ben but please next time when it doesn't start to snow whilst we're sat in the Cat and Fiddle pub and it's almost dark :D
 
It really was a fantastic weekend! I had tons of fun.

Thank you to all those that were able to come. Yes, it was cold - but we got to ride out on some awesome roads and I think we all showed some true British biker spirit. Apart from Frenchie.

It's no problem Pete, it was really great to meet you even though we didn't get a chance to talk much.

I'm sorry about the snow :lol: I'll certainly be waiting until the average daily temperature rises a bit before arranging the next meet up.
 
I had one of the most incredible weekends of my riding life! I had an amazing time. Apart from having a panic attack on the A120 riding home, I couldn't be happier!
 
Just a mixture of the freezing cold, the rain, and riding fast on unlit roads made me stop and be ill. But I'm ok now :P
 
Glad you made it back safe and sound. Yesterday evening going down the M1 was horrendous. I was frozen solid and I'd forgotten to put my earplugs in. I stopped at Leicester services had a coffee and put them in. It was amazing how much better I felt without the wind noise deafening me. I didn't have to stop again till i got home.
