It's totally up to you on this.
Some people express their full opinion on a topic on to youtube, and they often find a lot of people disagreeing. With any opinion, you're bound to have disagreement. Opinions are totally unique and a lot of people stand by them quite strongly.
Keeping it civil and not turning a debate into an argument will help you though
Personally, if I was in your position I wouldn't have made it so obvious that I hated 4x4 drivers. I'd have hinted at it, but not flat out written it like you did.
But that's completely up to you. There isn't anything wrong with the way that you did it, just expect a few people to have a problem with it.

On a final note, I don't actually have a problem with 4x4 drivers. I see them do the same stupid things that every other car on the road does, so I don't have any more of an issue with them than any other car.
