Stiff Neck= No Ride

Quick tip floor all you guys if you've got a stiff neck don't ride you're bike it's so dangerous. Nearly got hit 5 times for not being able to do a lifesaver

Been there, after crashing 6 years ago. Being young and naive I had a fucked up thumb, perforated eardrum, chipped bone at the bottom of skull and messed up collarbone & shoulder lol. The week after the bike was fixed and back on it, was a stupid thing to do, so bleeding dangerous, I've learned the bikes going nowhere and to just heal first.

Totally agree. Helmet choice is also key. Some gear combos (high leather collar + dual sport helmet + high backpack) make it a pain to turn your head from side to side. Those should be avoided like the plague.

Ever considered using a golf ball to massage your neck muscles? Or tape two tennis balls and roll them beneath your neck and back to relieve the built up tension? It tends to help out a lot for me. Lot of head vibration and movement while riding dirtbikes so being able to have flexibility in my neck is a must.
