On this link https://motovlog.com/account/contact-details you can insert your YouTube and Twitter accounts. The forum software will start to show icons that link to your YouTube and Twitter accounts, under your names and on your profile cards etc.
I won't be showing links to Facebook for the moment as they're crap at keeping to one URL etc.
Like other updates, I'm testing and tweaking all the time. However, make sure you have YouTube and Twitter filled out within your profile settings etc.
For example (mobile view). You'll see the link to YouTube on their icon etc. There options to add Facebook and even other social channels but I'll only show YouTube and Twitter icons for the moment
