I have decided to take 10 sd cards for an upcoming trip..I normally shoot in 4k/30..
What brand/specs should I be looking for?

I recommend going with as high of a class in all three areas as explained here. It covers for different resolutions:

As far as size, 256 is a good one but you can go with 128. The tricky part for me would be keeping up with the little things and not losing them.

As far as brand, I would stick with name brands from a reputable seller as there are some fakes out there.

As @R-Rated stated, buy only from reputable sellers/shops as there are loads of fakes online. If your trip is important to you, then it is worth spending a bit more on a card. I'd also suggest taking a card with the capacity to last at least a day of your normal recording for each day you are away and a couple of spares, this is even if you are transferring files to a storage drive or laptop as you travel. This is so you can keep the files on each card as a back up and also so that each day has a new card in case there was any issue with the card previously used.

I use these as my day to day cards:

SanDisk Extreme 256 GB microSDXC Memory Card, Up to 160 MB/s, Class 10, UHS-I, U3, V30, Red/Gold

That gets me around 5hrs at 2.7k 60fps on a GoPro Hero 10 so I imagine similar duration at 4k 30fps.

Yup, SanDisk for me (at least for video - I have some Kingston cards for my audio recorder, but you need the best write-speed you can get for video).
