Yeah, I worry a little bit, but I still look where I swing my head or arms at when I'm riding 
The powerbank sits on the side, and isn't waterproof, however I have ridden with it in pouring rain and snow, and it never failed me. If the powerbank ever catches fire I can just rip it off and throw it on the ground while riding. Would be scary tho.
