Picture in Picture/Vid in Vid

Hi all, I hope I'm not beating a dead horse with this topic.

I'm currently using Windows Live Movie Maker and it works fine for me but what I really want to do is have my helmet's view taking up most of the screen with a second video in one of the bottom corners for a shot from the dash looking back at me for when I vlog or on the tail looking back for when I'm group riding or whathaveyou.

WLMM, or at least the version I have, doesn't have the capability to do pic-in-pic/vid-in-vid. I know I have seen it done on Youtube before, so I'm just wondering if anyone knows a software that can do it. And uumm....cheaper the better right? :lol:

Almost any editing program besides WLMM will do it. Try Premier Pro or Sony Vegas.

CyberLink PowerDirector 8 is what I use and it's easy enough to do that, but as Friz says anything but WMM is good.

you can use Adobe Premiere Elements 9 and above

I use Sony Vegas Pro 9 (old version) and its really easy to do it in that

I use Adobe Premiere CS5. It's a bit of an over kill for some of the simpler stuff but I like it.

Yea this works for me, Download the trial, after the 15 days it still works

Yeah, just had a play round with WMM. No luck trying to do any sort of PIP or the like.

What Stayslinky said...do that.
Spose i gave up on WMM after 2-3vids. REALLY crap whenu look back on it, after using REAL editing software??
