Hi all
Dropped in when searching for help with my old drift camera which like me seems to be getting cranky in its old age!
Any users on here who may be able to help explain the variety of beeps it’s making?
It also seems to decide not to tag video as and when it pleases usually when it’s something I really really want to save!!
I ride a 1290 ktm and tour a lot up til now it’s been good don’t want to bin it and buys new GoPro!!

Although I have a couple of drift cameras I’ve never used the tagging feature.
All my issues I’ve had over the years have been memory card related. Have you tried a different card?

The camera works fine in normal video mode as well as photo and burst so don’t think it’s card related but will try another just in case
I am using top quality cards
Also the tag feature was working then seemed to become sporadic

Welcome aboard. Sorry to hear about the camera being cranky. Surely someone on here has run it similar. It may take a bit for them to chime in.

I use a Drift too. The camera beeps after it records around 20 minutes worth of footage, if the card is full or battery out.

I recently ran into some problems with some new footage as the sound’s not readable in Premiere, or even After Effects, but works in QuickTime. I found a work around, but I wonder if it’s related to my SD card.
