Hey man, a little tip from many big youtubers I've been talking with over the past few months. Your first video (most commonly) is going to suck.

I, and they, aren't saying that to be mean or put anyone down or anything. Go and look at any top youtuber's first video, or hey, even your favorite youtuber's video. Now go back and compare the quality to what they just recently uploaded a few years later. Much different, right? Great videos come with experience, everyone creates some really bad videos from time to time, much more so when you're first starting out. Nobody, no matter what it is, is an instant success story. It takes hard work and many failures and setbacks to create a masterpiece.

Enjoy what you're doing and instead of looking at it like "Oh man, I really hope I didn't suck too much.", look at it like "Okay, that was a good run and I enjoyed making that video, now what can I do next time to improve it."

Your name rings a bell, I have seen you around YouTube :D

What helps me is talking as if I'm the only one listening. Bascially, just talk to yourself! Scripting doesn't work for me as I'm pretty good at improvising, so talking to myself works for me. But as others have said, see what works for you :)
This, so much this.

This is what I've heard so many vloggers say one of the best ways to get over being self conscious about talking into the camera. Treat it like a one-man conversation. You're the only audience for your voice so you feel more comfortable saying what you want to say.

I tend to make mental scripts by just having conversations in my head. Sometimes when I'm trying to sleep at night. Sometime it's enough when i'm motovlogging, and sometimes I just improvise or embellish on the topic I've chosen. 50-70% of what I want to say I say.

It doesn't mean anything if I don't have good footage, or even good b-roll, and sound/music to work with.

...or just don't say anything and let the pictures do the talking ;) (some people are made to perform for audiences and some aren't I've been told :p ~).....

Second this. If you looked at a lot of motovloggers you will see a fair majority don't talk. If you can make your videos entertaining then you don't need voiceover. With that said, its very difficult though
