Some hotel information appended to the first post. Here's the details:

We have blocked off 15 rooms for the "Motovlog" group 08/09/13 to 08/11/13.

Group rate is 54.99+tax per night.

cancellation must be done 15 days before.

Reservations should be made at least 15 day before.

Rooms will be two double bed non-smoking with the possibility of a king if you want it.

I highly suggest when making your reservation that you get an email confirmation. The fellow making the reservations doesn't speak the clearest English. :lol:

Along with my email confirmation - I was asked to ask everyone to make their reservations via a phone call to the Motel if at all possible, vs making it on-line. This way the Motel will be sure to get you your discount and your room in our group. It was sort of a big deal getting such a large block of rooms reserved - so lets make it as easy on Dev (the Motel owner) as we can.

Apparently they only have 20-25 rooms, and we're taking up 15 of them with that block. I don't really blame him for wanting to make sure people do it a specific way to be sure his other 5-10 rooms are available for everyone else.
