I think what the Motovlog.com channel should do is to make it only a content aggregation channel, rather than re-upload content.
@Marbro_za already does something similar with the Grumpy Bear Challenge where as long as you hashtag a specific word somewhere in your video description, it get's put up onto a playlist on that channel.
This way, after everything is set up,
@dandoolittle really doesn't have to do anything. Users just upload to their own channel, hashtag it, it goes to the playlist where everyone looking at the Motovlog Youtube channel can see it, if they follow the playlist.
The only thing it can't really do, is push out notifications even if you sub to it, which makes it pointless since in this manner it's really no better than just posting it on Motovlog.com's video section.
But on the plus side, it does cut out a lot of the extra redundant effort by content creators to copy the video, create a thread here, link the video, and then submit the new thread.
