Nah just kidding i seem to have lost the little icon that informed me of how many threads i had taken part in and showed me when someone had reposted in the thread, now it seems i have to traul through new and old threads to find the ones i have commented in.

Do you mean the alerts top right?

The way it works for me is any updated thread I am watching (if I participate it auto watches) appears there if it has been updated since my last visit. If I don't get through all the threads then there's a risk of the threads dropping outnof the alerts, but if I hit new posts, the watched ones have the pair of glasses to identify which ones I've used, and it always takes me to the first unread post.

I've just clicked what he meant. There was further information at the top right as to how many unread threads there are and how many unread posts with some other info, used to be below your stats.
