I need a new intro to my videos and outtro

Hey All, I would like to get some help with a new intro and outtro for my videos as well as maybe some help with editing out wind noise. I have tried different setups, and I am still getting wind noise. It is frustrating for me, because most of my videos have it bad. I am uploading some videos to youtube now on my channel.

Hmmmm, I wondered about that, or if it is the wind noise that is being picked up by the microphone on top of the GoPro. I have the Sena GoPro Backpack, and tried a different setup with the boom microphone, and I wonder if I need to turn the music icon off on the go pro, like I did today, and see if that is the problem. I put an old foam microphone cut up in two and see if that helps with my next video. I have the go pro in the case that comes with the backpack. I will try and put the cut up foam microphone and put that over the top microphone and then put the skeleton case over that. I have the boom microphone that comes with the sena bluetooth headst, and have that stuck on the inside of the foam inside the helmet, next to the speakers.

Thanks, where do I get after affects from? what program is it on? I am installing the adobe premiere trial version now for 30 days.

O o.k. Thanks, u all. I will look into that. Right now I am working on editing them thru Adobe Premiere trial version, which seems to take forever to analyze the video. I will look at Adobe After effects after my trial ends, if it is still there when I download it.

Audacity also has the ability to "remove" background noise (filter out the constant noise (wind noise) and take the audio peaks (engine/voice) and adjusts the audio levels to exclude the constant noise. There are tutorials online of how to import the sound file into Audacity and how to remove the background noise. Best part? That program is 100% free.

Other than that, work with your mic placement and get a piece of foam or a DeadCat (or something similar) microphone cover. They work great, if you can shell out the coin for one. I use these (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006HNQQ66/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) with a bit of creativity I made it work. Not 100% perfect, but I am happy with my audio.

Other option is to place the video clips you like in whichever program you are using and make an audio overlay to absorb some of the noise. This is my YouTube channel trailer (

), I toned down the audio from the camera a bit and overlaid my sound track and I am fairly pleased with the result. Program used was Sony Vegas Pro 12 if you're curious. I don't claim to be an expert at this, but I tinker with stuff for a LONG time until I am pleased with it.

Thanks for the information. That helps out a lot. I tried the Vegas Pro 11 trial and it only lasted not even one day before the codec in it told me I had to register it, so I uninstalled it. I got the foam covers for the Sena SMH10, but they do not seem to work that well I think. Will try a different setup with an upcoming video and see if that helps. I have the Trial of the Adobe Premiere, but it seems to take a long time to analyze the video right now for wind noise to be picked up by it. I wonder if I should send my videos to you for editing, because I am not having a whole lot of luck with the editing software I currently have.
