Hey guys,

My name is Jay, and I'm from Sydney, Australia (moved up from Tasmania about a year and a half ago for work). I'm a software developer (in web technology) by day, and asleep by night.

I've been riding my little Honda VTR250 around for the past 3-4 months, and vlogging for the last 3 or so weeks. The idea of the channel is to capture some of the learning experiences on a motorbike, rants, and other general douchbaggery of Sydney streets.

I actually started vlogging because I realised I talked to myself nonstop while I was in traffic, and having a camera attached to your head is a good excuse if people notice. I also wanted to get back into some video editing, which I haven't touched for years, and needed some content for it.

I use a a GoPro Hero 2 (bought for the track car years ago) and an ATR3350 external mic, though I may be changing the setup in future as the GoPro is getting a little long in the tooth and the mic is having distortion issues.

I had a mate named Jay too, couldnt have been you tho, hes a Pc DERP!! (kind like i was/is? lol), BUT he does owe me money, so my ears popped up weni saw ya name aswell. 'Jay' must be a popular name.

Have u done much ridin in Tassie?, ive only done the x2 laps (Bike then 4WD), Some of the Melb vloggers are going in Feb. (15-20ppl?).
Where did u live? Hows ya sister in bed?

I should add... about 20 years ago i lived in Tas for about 2 years .. around launceston area ... i was 'import only' though ...
