CalmBiker
Roll on summer...
Hi all,
CalmBiker here. I've just started out motovlogging on YouTube. I hadn't heard of the concept until around August of this year, when I started to learn to ride a motorcycle and came across RoadcraftNottingham and 2 Wheel Steve. Motovlogging looked like fun so I recorded a couple of videos and got some good feedback. Seems like a great community of likeminded people.
Now to the questions from the sticky forum thread...
I live and vlog in East Yorkshire, near Hull. I'm a software developer in my non-motoring life. I'm one of the old buggers, having turned 41 today. I learned to ride on Honda Hornet 600 but I now ride a Yamaha XJ-6 Diversion F. My videos are made with a Drift HD 1080 because I was too cheap to buy the Ghost and I wasn't keen on the form factor of the Go Pro. I use the Drift HD microphone and at the moment I'm trying lots of things to attempt to get the best quality possible. I edit my videos using Sony Movie Studio Platinum Suite (because it's cheap!)
My channel on YouTube is at http://www.youtube.com/user/calmbiker. I hope you enjoy my videos. If you watch any, please leave feedback so I know how to improve.
Thanks All
