I too have no idea what is a "sickie" but I'm guessing it's taking a fake sick day off from work?
Sure I do that, very very rarely and never for editing/uploading. Maybe for going to an event/launching of a new motorcycle or something like that though.

Correct - a sickie is a mental health day, as in 'I'd go mental if I was forced to go in to work today' :-D
