Im still down for this.
Ive booked tomorrow off work to regardless of weather im showing up.

I have a 1 piece racing suit i wear whenever on my bike.. Now its going to be funny putting my 1 piece waterproofs on over that (and the racing hump - Yeah I didnt think it through when I bought it )

If it gets too horrible we can just pull over and have a smoke and go somewhere to sit indoors =]

And also, whats everyone planning now with the rain? Im in 2 minds about this because i dont have waterproofs, my gear leaks badly in the rain and i also dont want to spend £40 on a ferry to find that 1 person is gonna turn up and then go when the rain appears

Even if it does cain it down, then we'll find shelter - pull out a map, and make a fun day of it.

Maybe we can ride to a hidden pub and have some lunch out of the rain or go bowling or something.

Considering I'd have to ride through this band of thunderstorm, and then back through it, I'm having my doubts. The evening isn't looking bad though, so I might go to Loomies if there's enough interest.
