Hey what's up guys (and gals), I would like to introduce myself so sit-back and read a little bit about BrokiTheOkie.
First things first, if you didn't understand the thread title take a minute and google it along with "OU".
Now I'm not new to motorbikes but I am very new to riding (only have my permit 10 days until I can get my endorsement) and vlogging.
My vlogging setup will consist of a Sony POV Action cam, a GoPro hero 4 on occasion and an Olympus external recording device because the Sony POV cam didn't come with a mic jack.
My Bike is a 2005 Zx6r with 2500 on the clock.
If you took the minute and googled "Palace on the Prairie, OU" you may have figured out where I am going to be vlogging from, or maybe you got it from my name. If neither of those things helped you here's a freebie just for you. I currently live in Norman, Oklahoma. I am a student at the local University and recently I applied to a community college to attend both colleges at once. Which is ultimately why I got a motorbike, since my commute to schools just increase by 80mi per day for the Fall semester.
As for why I decided to start vlogging, well I really couldn't find any motovloggers around Oklahoma (if you are a vlogger in OK and reading this please send me a PM I would love to subscribe) and I wanted to change that. I have lived in my state my entire life and I think that Oklahoma has a lot of scenic area that many don't think about, I want to show people that Oklahoma has a lot more to offer than Football, Rednecks, and of course Mary Fallin. That's not to say my channel won't have a lot of content about rednecks, or football, noodling, shenanigans etc. but I would like to be able to show people moments worth shutting up about. Plus my daily life could use a bit of candid camera so there's that.
If you have read up to this point thanks for taking some time out of your life to learn a little bit about mine.
There will be much more to come but my fingers hurt and I think it's time to go open up a cold one and try to find a non-existent tornado.
