Hello
I have recently started using a GoPro Hero 7 Black to record my motorbike trips, and after getting the brick I can now record sound too. However, when I connect the camera to my Mac computer using the GoPro software it says that the file has downloaded but frames have dropped - something to do with HEVC not being compatible with Mac. When I play the recording the sound is ok but the video seems to freeze and then jump forward.
I have tried downloading directly into Final Cut Pro X, but the same issue arises. Is there anyway of resolving this issue?
My computer is a 2018 MiniMac spec as follows:
Processor: 3ghz Dual Core Intel i7
Memory: 16gb
Graphics: Intel Iris 1536mb
OS: Catalina ver 10.15
Thanking you all in advance for your help
