Google Ads on Forum?

Hey all.

You don't need me to tell you that the economy sucks. Would anyone be opposed to Google ads on the forum? Or do you think they'd be too much of a distraction?

The ads usually show up for you as what you most often search for so yeah... LOL!!

Do what you gotta do. If it keeps the forum alive Ive got no problems with it.

Same as everyone else - I'd have thought that vloggers in particular wouldn't object as anyone who has a significant number of viewers enables adverts to monetise a little bit and I certainly don't mind someone receiving money for my entertainment - this forum included.

I support having ads on the site 100%.

You have to pay in order to keep this forum running, only fair to have some of the money coming back to you through site traffic.

Same as everyone else, the forum needs some money to run, and its not fair that it has to come from the admin etc. pockets.

So I'm with it 100%. Anyone that doesn't like them can install an ad blocker to avoid them.

I think its a good idea. They were on another forum I visit regularly for a while. They were a little distracting (and may be even more so on this forum due to the colour scheme) but they were relevant, and if they get the forum money I'm all for it
