Competitive is certainly a subjective perception. Some people have goals to reach the for the top and make $$$ so those individuals are certainly competitive.
Myself, I am starting from the bottom like many others, so we have only one direction - up! I also like seeing my next milestone, makes it more fun. I have to achieve 20,000 more views to catch Kee.
The site is getting more new stats soon which help measure one's effort and effectiveness in video production and creativity.
Another cool part is seeing who is succeeding sharing their content and receiving growth. Maybe a new camera angle or style is generating many views and subs. What ever it is I'll be able to measure the differential and share those trends with others. Hopefully to not get copycats but more so have vloggers put their twist on new ideas.
