both are cheap. I did find that the adaptor only seems to record on the right channel which seems to be a common problem for cheap adaptors but is easily fixed during editing.
Hmm, we got nearly the same bits then. Alright. With my setup I get mono sound and mostly crackling in the left channel. My mic peaks way too easily too even tho I keep it in the cheekpad.
I have another adaptor and mic on the way, also cheap ones but not as cheap. I quite like the mic that have setup at the moment because it is quite small and doesn't interfere with taking my helmet off.
Will be trying the other adaptor when ti arrives to see if it makes a difference. I have read that the GoPro genuine adaptor does record to both channels without issue.
This is a lot better than before, but you shouldve talked more so that we could judge the voice quality better. The exhaust note it captured is quite neat!
