Dual Set-up??

Well, as the title suggests this to do with dual vlog setup. I have two Sena 20s with one Drift HD Ghost with which I will be obtaining another Drift or similar camera. I've researched the ass crack out of trying to dual vlog or spkr/mic configuration with drift and sena's but no luck. Hoping someone here may help.
Obviously I want to get the audio going to the drift's (or whatever) but the only way I can see this happening is to patch the speaker output via a splitter cable to the mic input of the drift. That way comms will still be a go but I will get the audio from the other person going to the camera as well. BUT....from my understanding, audio output via speakers is at a different voltage/amp??
I know youpalschrisandal use sena's with drifts and it def sounds as if the audio is coming from a speaker source and not sync'd later on in post.
Any ideas??

if you plan on buying a second camera go with a gopro. Sena makes a backback that records the audio for it. It is what I use for my dualvlogs. Best way to do it.

Which of the range does the backpack work with? Aren't the Hero 4s a slightly different size to the others, and I'm guessing it won't work with the new baby Hero.

Easiest way to dual vlog I found from a guy that goes by 6foot4honda on YouTube. If both people have helmet cams with mics then just take both parts of the footage and play the audio of the second camera so you have the other persons voice. Obviously you already have your voice so all you need is their audio track to have both sides of the conversation for the video. No need to splice the senas. That guy has a video on YouTube explaining it and showing how it sounds.

I have used one drift HD and 2 senas for over a year, and now 2 drifts and the 2 senas to do my dual vlogs with other riders very successfully for about 6 months. Simple solution:
Each camera has 2 drift mics into it, via a splitter plug. One mic is in the normal postion for the voice and the pother mic is in beside the sena speaker in the ear cavity. It took quite a while to get the position of the second mic right for balance, but basically in front of the speaker pointing backwards towards it works best as the shell of the ear helps to direct the speaker sound towards the mic.
I've been on a tour where we met with several other riders with Senas and the sound was fine every time.
I think the sean back pack idea (which goes with a go-pro) is not for me, the sean gates the sound (turns off when not speaking) so you lose the background sound of the bike etc.
My solution cost:
A$20 for a second drift mic
A$5 for a splitter plug

If you would like to check out how it sounds go to about 1:15 on this vid:

That is very interesting to me since I am searching for a dual vlog solution for quite a time now.
I know that the Drift microphone plug contact allocation doesn't follow any standards so do I have to choose any specific splitter plug? Wich one did you purchase?

Wich distance between speaker an microphone do you recommend?

Thank you for your video. Sound quality of the incoming sound is absolutely adequate.

Sorry for the delay in replying, I haven't been on here for ages, have been away on tour etc.
I used to use a little splitter plug which I plugged the 2 mics into and then connected to the camera using the little drift cable but recently changed that to a splitter with cabling that will fit into the camera (the little drift cables fail very quickly as they are too fragile). This splitter is called the Concord Multimedia WA7504

I have the microphone just beside the speaker - this will cary for different helmets and you will need to try a few positions until you find your own sweet spot.
