Whats the deal with the congestion charge for motorbikes etc?!....
Just cause i seen Friz020 and Daffee360 (Friz doing the vlog) and was just curious

I think you can ring a number, or do it in a post office.

Motorbikes free. For cars they use CCTV to clock your license plate. It can only read the front plates which is the only reason motorcycles are free. Annoying though because you can cross the big white C without realising. As I did I literally just put my front wheels in, realised and reversed back out. I had no idea if they had me or not but if I didn't pay that day the fine would be double. There is no database to check to see if you were caught so you just have to pay . If I wasn't caught I wouldn't know so you pay before it doubles. No arguments no discussions of I just went in by mistake . Nasty business
