Can I change profile picture?

Pretty much the question that's in the title here : Can I change my profile picture?

When I set up the account, I linked it with my Facebook profile (partly out of laziness). However, I see that the profile picture has been copied over and I would rather it was something cool, bike related, with flames, or some such.

Am I missing something?

When using the page with computer, find your username on top right of the page. Click on it, to reveal a small panel with many options.
Hover the mouse cursor over the avatar, and a link "edit avatar" should appear.
Or, you can click on "account details" and click on the avatar picture, there, to end up on the same place.

No luck unfortunately. Hovering the cursor over my avatar yields no popup.
Using Chrome browser.

Well It seems it works fine, at least for me. PC, Win 10, chrome
